Return & Exchange Policy – Holy Looks

At Holy Looks, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom printed for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
Please read below to understand what we can help you with.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a print issue, damage, or manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly replace it free of charge.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Email us at holylooks.us@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
Once verified by our team and Printify, your replacement will be processed at no extra cost.
Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders
If the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned or lost, we can resend it — but the customer will need to cover the reshipping cost.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your package is lost in transit (never marked as delivered), we’ll work with Printify and the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please:
- Check with neighbors or local delivery offices first.
- If confirmed as lost, contact us — we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.
Size Issues
We do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong size selection. Please carefully check our Size Guide on each product page before ordering.
Order Cancellations
Orders are automatically sent to production after payment. You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase — after that, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
